Ron Vaughan
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Ron has been in the casework and furniture industry for nearly 40 years. Ron has volunteered as a business mentor for the non-profit organization, Advance Memphis. He also helped establish BDC (Business Development Center) Uganda and received certification through Regent University to teach in Uganda. Ron enjoys watching college football and basketball, grilling on his Green Egg, and spending time with his 10 grandchildren.
Natalie Vaughan
CEO
For over 32 years, Natalie has worked alongside Ron as a trusted advisor, valued strategist and a constant support. As Ron says, “Natalie has been my secret weapon and is key to my success in business.” Her eye for aesthetics enhances Varia’s finished product. Natalie is a local artist, enjoys interior design, and loves teaching Bible study and doting on her grandkids.
Ashley Litton
ACCOUNTANT
Wondering if that book collecting dust on your nightstand is any good? You should probably ask Ashley. We bet she's read it. Ashley has been in accounting and bookkeeping for over 20 years. She has an MBA from Delta State University. Ashley and her husband James live in Hernando, MS with their son and daughter.
Garrett Vaughan
VICE PRESIDENT
Garrett brings his sales skills and experiences from the orthopedic device industry where he served as a Senior Sales Representative. He comes to Varia with his wife Paige and three daughters Evie, Annie Afton and Eloise. Garrett enjoys fly fishing, Ole Miss football and spending time with his family and church.
Jen Straka
MARKETING COORDINATOR
Jen brings a passion for communication to the Varia team as our Marketing Coordinator. Jen serves on the PTA board at her kids’ school and is involved in the women’s ministry at her church. You may find Jen and her husband Jeff cheering on the Blue Raiders or carpooling their 3 kids from one event to the next.
Max Schlesinger
PROJECT MANAGER
Max graduated from Mississippi State and has a background in sales and youth ministry. He and his wife Whitney serve in the music ministry at their church. They have two daughters and another girl on the way! Max is an avid sports fan and enjoys grilling, hanging out with friends, and playing the guitar.
